Why Are “Amazing Science Facts” in the Qu’ran Always Retroactively Found, Why Doesn’t It Have Predictive Power?
Question by Acid Zebra: Why are “amazing science facts” in the Qu’ran always retroactively found, why doesn’t it have predictive power?
It’s easy to claim “oh that verse, yeah, that was about, um, Big Bang theory”, after actual scientists have done all the leg work and come up with actual models which predict reality accurately (while your verse just says something vague about your god making the heavens bigger or something like it), but if it is so amazing, why can’t we find some amazing verse to revolutionize science?
Do you think the secrets to cold fusion are in the Qu’ran?
Or do you think it more likely some well-meaning moron will say “yeah, that verse was about cold fusion” AFTER we have cracked it?
