Where Can I Take My Cat to Rehab for His Greenies Addiction?

Question by Zelda Hunter: Where can I take my cat to rehab for his Greenies addiction?
We don’t give him that much, and he eats plenty of top quality food without fillers (Wellness, Felidae, Nutro Max, etc.) But still he acts like a severe addict when it comes to Greenies. He’ll run to my husband’s study and to extricate him to give him snacks. If I get up in the middle of the night, he tries to herd me downstairs for Greenies. He’s very inventive and apparently addicted. He’d rather have a few Greenies than fresh chicken! Our vet, who runs a holistic veterinary practice says Greenies are not harmful.
Ack! Kitty crack! Why are they so addictive? Isn’t it just a bit suspicious?

Cats, like dogs, eat greens to help them digest. However, it seems like your cat is a “niphead”!!! It shouldnt hurt him. But it’s apparently annoying for you guys! You can ween him like he’s quitting an addiction. He might be mad, but he’ll get used to it. Have fun!! Meow.

Haha! You’ve discovered the joys of Greenies! My cats LOVE them too. We sell them at the clinic where I work as a veterinary technician. We jokingly call them “kitty crack”. They are definitely not harmful.
