Question by moonlight: Where can I fix my broken guitar string and fix guitar scratches?
I don’t want to pay too much to get it fixed.

Replace the broken string, with the help of someone who has done it before (another guitar player)
Scratches would need to go to the instrument repair. Get a bid or estimate, before you have it done.
