Legalize pot with the same regulations as liquor. Seize the property of anyone possessing, using, or selling any other drugs, including pills without prescription, and sell it to the highest bidder and use the money to totally close our borders and ports.

Marijuana – legal to those over 21 and who need it for medical reasons, decriminalized in all states. Public use should still be illegal.
Cigarettes -legal to everyone who was born before 1990 and anyone younger from here on out cannot buy them (reduce addiction to the horrible killer), and create a different tobacco type product without all those chemicals that people can enjoy
More tests need to be done on ecstacy before I make my mind up about that one… I believe all other hard drugs (crack/cocaine, heroine, opium) should be completely illegal unless for medical/surgical procedures.
Prescription drugs should be regulated as they are now… I’m not sure of a better way to handle their misuse. No drugs with the possibility of addictive qualities should be prescribed to anyone under 18 or anyone with a history or family background of substance abuse.
Acid and mushrooms should be allowed in certain areas and events such as Bonaroo, lol.
I think alcohol is one of the worst drugs there is because of how damaging it has been to families and alcohol withdrawals are even worse than a heroine withdrawal… In my perfect world, there would not be so many bars and liquor stores… it would not be such an enjoyed pastime to get sh*tfaced, and DUI offenders would never be allowed to drive again, and domestic violence offenders who are alcoholics will have “DO NOT SELL OR SERVE ALCOHOL” printed on their license.
