I am looking for at least 3, preferably federal court cases in which discuss women drinking while pregnant, and the resulting legal action the court takes on them. I prefer them to be on the defenses side; in other words, if they give multiple reasons supporting why women should NOT be incarcerated for drinking while pregnant, but rather offered some sort of therapy or beneficial education on the subject, then this is what I am looking for.
I also prefer if these cases come from Westlaw, although an account is required.

i DONT KNOW FOR SURE ALL THE SITES I CHECKED DIDNT HAVE EXACT COST BUT A HELOCOPTER RIDE ALONE IS 12,000 ALOT OF TIMES. mEDS ARE ALWAYS HIGH PRICED. DRUG KIDS CAN GET EXPENSIVE BUT YOU KNOW THAT DONT MATTER AS LONG AS A PERSON CARING FOR THEM LOVES THEM.

Not to sure about causes, but the effects are pretty major.
In my opinion, the biggest problem with buying marijuana is that it supports (though indirectly) the drug cartels in Mexico (if it came from Mexican drug cartels, which much of it does)

This will be there FIRST time being in trouble to any degree. No Tickets, No Record at all.
They where caught with an OUNCE of Cocaine in South Carolina.

I found out I was pregnant 2 days ago. In the past few weeks I have taken 1 (possibly 2) ecxtasy pills, drank beer, smoked ciggarettes on a daily basis, and smoked one joint of marijuana. I’m thinking of keeping the baby, so I’m not going to do those things anymore. I’m just wondering if anyone can tell me the chances of the baby comming out deformed or retarted? Thank you.
