Question by nikki: Rehab counselor???????
How can i become a rehab counselor. Can you only become 1 with a master’s in psychology? Can u be 1 if u have an associate’s degree or a BA
Best answer:
Answer by d
What type of rehab counselor are you talking about? Substance abuse or a CRC? For either, you will need a masters degree. If you want to do substance abuse “rehab” you will need to complete it in mental health counseling and I would suggest obtaining certification in substance abuse counseling. If you want to be a CRC, you will need to obtain your masters in rehabilitation counseling.
