My friend got caught smokin marijuana and she got charged for possession of marijuana, she had a little bag of weed and a bowl. now she was in a car, but she wasn’t driving and it wasn’t her car. This is her first offense and she’s 18 years old, does anyone know what they usually do for first time offense of possession of marijuana?

they can probably see decreased inter-eye pressure and your eyes being bloodshot(if u get high within like 12 hours…but they cant tell the cops or do anything about it
