If yes, then tell me something:
Let’s say a cop finds 40 grams of cocaine in someone’s pocket or house and the guy tells them its for “personal use”, obviously cops won’t arrest him since it’s legal to use.Then once the cops leave the guy can go and sells that cocaine to someone else…
How is this possible to prevent if you make it legal to use ?

no, unlike Marijuana, Cocain and Heroin have shown to be lethal and destroying of lifes.

Legal to dupe onto others, no.
