J is for Junkie- Full Length Documentary – In October 2010, filmmaker Corey Davis began filming a group of homeless crack addicts in Atlanta, GA, who live in a small cove behind a Texaco gas station, infamously dubbed “The Living Room. His inspiration was his father, who had been addicted to crack-cocaine his entire life. J is for Junkie is a 40-minute documentary that gives an extremely candid look into their lives, how they function, and what brought them to the streets. Each one gives a personal story through which they convey what it’s like to battle with their crack addiction and street-life.
