Question by Robert: Is first time offense of possesion of cocaine prison time in ohio?
They caught me with 12.7 grams of “Crack” an they have it as a felony 2 right now but they gave me an offer to drop it to a felony 3 but i think i deserve probation because i have never been in trouble my whole life

you should be ok in the end but dude, “crack”?? C;mon now, if you are gonna get busted at least have something worthwhile on yah. Like pure coke. I would be embarrassed as hell if I was busted with crack. That’s so ghetto.
