Watch “Intervention” on A&E. They have full episodes on their website and some are available on youtube as well.

Just make sure it is a crack addict- not heroine, meth, or cocaine because those drugs produce completely different effects.

I would just act jittery and have your eyes wide open. Kind of act like you have a tick, like keep blinking your eyes and shaking. Also, if possible, wear LOTS of light pink eye shadow all around your eyes. I know my answer is short and sweet, but I hope this helps. I do a lot of acting myself.
