I Had 3 Pipes and a Gram of Weed Taken From Me by Cops, but My Fine Only Says 1 Pipe. Can I Turn Them In?

I also had 3 other people in my car, one who was drunk and underage with an open container (and on probation), and another on probation and drunk with an open container. the weed was the under-agers.
the fine says “def. a clear pipe, with no legitimate purpose.” it also says the maximum fine and a disorderly.
these cops are crooked and this has happened to more than one person i know. what can i do to get them taken care of, and if i tried to get them caught for being crooked, and told the truth about the other 2 pipes and the bag, would my fines be increased because i had 2 other pipes, or would they let it go because the cops were crooked. what kind of evidence do i need and can i get to make this happen asap?!?!?!?!?!?!?
the weed wasnt mine. and yes i had 2 other pipes but they didnt mark them down.
the drunk kid that was on probation with a bag of weed didnt get anything.
i am underage and i dont drink. blew 0’s when it all happened. i wasnt pulled over. i was in the parking lot of sheetz. when i was getting ready to leave, after an attempt to fix my subwoofers, they pulled up behind me and claimed someone called about me, even though i didnt even get out of my car or cause any problems.

So the cop stole your stuff and let you off with a lighter ticket? So, why would you want to rock the boat? I would be happy and count myself lucky. This can only end badly for you.

You should consider yourself lucky and pay the damn fines. It could have been 3 x that if they picked the maximum fines for everything. The cops aren’t crooked if they cut you a break. You’re an idiot for thinking if you confess to having weed and more pipes, the fines will get reduced for one pipe.
Grow up and stop partying in your car. You could have gotten your license suspended.
