How can I stop sucking my thumb I have tryed everything I can think of. And I am 13! HELPPPPPPP
And no making fun of me I really want to stop!

Try having an orthodontic plate made that makes it uncomfortable to have your thumb in your mouth, usually a last resort but effective. See your dentist/orthodontist.

get one of them suckers that babies have heheheh …… no my cousin does it and people thing its cute shes 13 too ….. in a few months
