Drugs are Wack!! Public Service Announcement – Drugs are Wack! The inner city is too often affected by drug abuse. The Amy Jacques Garvey Institute Summer 2012 Employment Program Garvey Youths created this Anti-Drug Public Service Announcement. We feel this is an effective tool to educate Black youth (aged 13-21) in the Washington DC area about the dangers of Drug abuse.
