Before I begin, I would like to make an honest plea to anyone who considers responding to this post. If you are going to state your own personal opinion on the matter or only provide a short little blurb on the general laws, please refrain from posting. Im 14, and he is 17. Im a freshman and he is a junior. We’ve already had sexual intercourse and i am pregnant with his child. When he turns 18, can he get introuble for haveing a child with me?

I don’t think he can get in trouble for having sex with you, considering that you guys did it when he was still 17.
