Question by BMW M6: Is smoking rock sugar in a meth pipe illegal in public?
Well my friends and I have a public prank channel on youtube and just need some expert advise on what cops could do to a few 17 year olds that are filming an actor smoking “meth” (rock candy) in public just to get people’s reactions.

Obviously, none of us do drugs nor would use them. We would buy a meth pipe from the local smoke shop and pretend like we are smoking meth but really smoke rock sugar instead to get reactions of people. What is the worse that could happen?

I think possession of the pipe itself could get you into hot water.

You could be arrested on suspicion of drug possession, and you will spend a surprising amount of time in jail before the charges are dropped.
