Narcotics Addiction – Narcotics Addiction is probably the most nickel and dime production you’ll ever see about the subject. The SUBJECT MATTER is there, but oh Man, the film is atrocious. Bad acting, goofy audio and most especially, the camera work (let’s just zoom in and out for special effects!) is amazingly bad.
