If One Were to Plead Guilty to a Misdemeanor Drug Paraphernalia Charge, Could They Then Obtain a Ccw Permit?

If the charge was in Indiana, and the CCW in Ohio, does that make a difference?

Go to a gun store and ask or you can call… A felony charge would take you off the list for a CCW…

No difference about what state the offense was in.

I don’t think a paraphenalia charge would exclude you from getting a CCW in Ohio; the exclusion reads “A person who has been convicted or pleaded guilty to an offense involving the illegal possession, use, sale, administration, distribution, or trafficking in any drug of abuse or has been adjudicated a delinquent child for committing an act that would be an offense involving the illegal possession, use, sale, administration, distribution, or trafficking in any drug of abuse if committed by an adult.” It mentions “drug of abuse” and not anything about parapenalia.

Easiest thing is to go into the sheriff’s office where you live and ask their CCW unit the question to know for sure.
