My Brother Is Using Drugs…which Drug Does This Sound Like to You?

Question by KayleaF: My brother is using drugs…which drug does this sound like to you?
He is a heroin/opiate addict. But we aren’t sure if this is heroin or something else.
His symptoms include:
– red, pinned eyes
– thick tongue (he mumbles badly)
– a lot of energy
– he runs in place while looking for something in a pile
– dances his way to the bathroom to himself
– can’t keep legs still while sitting
– spends 10+ mins in bathroom a few times daily

I found a paper plate with some sort of brown resin. It was not weed resin, I could tell the difference.
I also found a big piece of tinfoil with faint brownish speckles all over it. Pieces of the foil had been ripped off. I didn’t find any burned tinfoil though.
I also found the insides of a pen in his garbage.

When I confronted him, he said “I don’t expect you to understand the mood swings an ex opiate addict goes through during their 1st year of not using.”

Would you say he’s using again?
