That Crack Is Addictive………

That crack is addictive……… – So now that I have your attention. That is a supersonic airsoft rifle. I ran it through the chrono for you and, while my audio equipment sucks, that is the crack from a supersonic projectile. It never ceases to make me giggle. Unlike muzzle “blast,” off an airsoft rifle this sound really resonates off things and comes back to you. Its unlike anything else. And now my little pitch on “proof” videos. Nothing posted as a video on youtube has EVER satisfactorily proved something has happened to people who are insistent on their disbelief. I posted this video because a few friends were interested in seeing it. If you do not believe it thats fine, actually thats good in a lot of ways. Critical thinking skills and a healthy dose of skepticism will serve you well. I realize its perhaps foolish, but I’d like to address a few things here quickly. 1) This is not a firearm. Again if you are disinclined to believe me thats fine, but be aware that the muzzle blast on a gun will ruin the guts of an Xcortech and will be significantly louder than what was heard on the video. 2) The reason I “panned over” as I shot was because the gun interfered with the camera. I also didn’t think the gun’s muzzle was terribly interesting, but thats a different story. If you had wanted to see the end of a carbon fiber “barrel extension” check the other vids. 3) Please don’t make a mess of the comments and turn this into a flame war. Its not worth your time.
