Is It Possible to Be Apprehended for E-Mailing the Local DEA About Their Fabricated “facts” on Marijuana?

Question by gd: Is it possible to be apprehended for e-mailing the local DEA about their fabricated “facts” on marijuana?
Personally, I am very passionate about the cause for legalizing marijuana and know that the DEA is blatantly lying to all the American citizens with the “facts” they have posted on their website. I really feel that I want to speak my mind about it and have considered contacting the local DEA (via e-mail) to do so. If I accuse them of lying and so on through this e-mail, do they have reasonable cause to apprehend me, search my house, keep me on watch or anything of the sort? Thanks for the answers.

It would be you asking them to frame you for a major drug crime even if you dont have or use drugs.

The local DEA did not enact the laws that they are employed to enforce. The right to speak your mind does not limit the audience to which you address it. You can’t be arrested, but you will certainly have brought yourself to their attention, and I can imagine your e-mail being used to support “probable cause” should the DEA need to defend their actions in hassling you.
